Nova’s history of conducting strategic studies in support of Government and Industry extends almost to the company’s inception. These strategic studies range from support to strategic goal development through feasibility studies to market research and specific focussed analytical studies. Nova maintains a balance of expertise between Engineers, Operators and Logisticians so we are able to tailor a team to address each task. This allows us to produce client specific studies which help each customer understand the significant internal and external factors effecting their organisation.

Our staff has proven record of performance in supporting strategic analysis feasibility studies to both Defence and civil entities. Recent support to the Australian Defence Force included the provision of a study into the future regional submarine detection capability and the provision of work flow improvement and change management services to support the Army’s CH-47 fleet.

Through the use of commercially available and Nova developed analysis tools, Nova staff is able to use their training, qualifications and experience to produce studies which are much more than a collection of data and information.
