Nova has purchased 100% of the shares in Auspace Limited from their UK parent EADS Astrium Limited on 21 December 2007. The purchase has de-coupled Auspace from the manufacture and distribution of satellite equipment, to allow the new Auspace to be solely focussed on the provision of professional engineering services relating to satellite communications. Auspace will provide independent and impartial advice to Defence, Government and Industry customers.
